Chinese technology brand Lenovo unveiled two new smartphones last week - A6 Note and K10 Note. And today, the company announced a new smartwatch, dubbed Lenovo Carme.
The Lenovo Carme sports a 1.3" single touch color display, with 2.5D curved surface design, that makes it easier for the users to watch the on-screen content at different angles.
The smartwatch can display notification alerts for text messages and calls on the screen, and comes with fitness features like pedometer, heart rate monitor and sleep monitor. It can also track different sports activities and comes with a sedentary reminder.
Apart from that, the Lenovo Carme comes with features like weather forecast, stopwatch and alarm clock, and it can also help you find your misplaced smartphone.
The Lenovo Carme is IP68 certified, meaning you don't have to take it off when going for a swim. It connects to both iPhone and Android smartphones through Bluetooth 4.2 and packs a 200 mAh cell which Lenovo claims can offer up to seven days of battery life.
The Lenovo Carme comes with a rubber strap which is offered in two colors - Blue and Green. The smartwatch is priced at INR3,499 ($50/€45) and will be sold in India through Flipkart and Croma stores from September 15.
